A fun way to spice up your work wardrobe? Add color and patterns, prints and/or shapes! This dress from Victoria Beckham for Target fulfills that need. It has a fun scallop design around the neckline, arms and top portion, a dropped waist line AND it's in pink and black! I occasionally wear this to the office on warmer days though I do switch out the accessories. For the weekend, I paired this dress with two strap heeled sandals and my patent floral technology bag from Ted Baker that doubles as a clutch.
Never the same, always myself. The campaign slogan for Prada’s Paradoxe’s Eau de Parfum really embodies what I feel to my core. I wear numerous hats in life and that requires me to shift not only my mindset but often results in the need for different attire. Whether I’m in corporate mode attending meetings or casually running errands during the week, I’m still the same person. I live a pretty fast paced lifestyle and for those who have been following me for some time, you know that I travel much more than average. Regardless of what I’m doing, what I’m wearing, or where I am in the world, I know my guiding point, my true north, myself.
In my opinion, I prefer the Paradoxe Intense. It’s a more powerful and intoxicating floral ambery fragrance. The fragrance notes are: jasmine, amber, and moss. If you would like something more sweet, I would give the original Paradoxe parfum a try!
In an effort to be more sustainable, the Paradoxe collection is refillable and the packaging is entirely recyclable.

These knee high boots and slingback heels are so versatile! I am petite so I often wear heels to give myself an extra few inches AND a little more confidence. Heels aren't generally made for those with wide feet and most compress your toes into a pointy triangle tip. Sure, there are rounded heels but they still don't give your toes ample room to move. I can attest to the comfort level and versatility of these two pairs of shoes; I actually have another one that isn't pictured in this post! I wore these boots all around DC and walked THOUSANDS of steps in these knee high boots. I also love how they hug my legs; see my DC post here! As for the slingbacks, I wore them to a biotech conference and I was able to dash from place to place without any pain! If you want to see more pictures of how I style these shoes, follow me on Instagram @adriennenguyenn.
I still have so much more to share, if you want to see it all, you can check out my Instagram or Youtube! I'll be posting my unreleased Santorini pictures on my IG very soon! In this post, I compiled some of my favorite looks during my stay at Olia Villa and Suites. I spent so much time in the plunge pool and jacuzzi though I somehow managed to see and do everything I wanted to in Santorini!
The Blue Dome of Imerovigli, otherwise known as the Church of the Resurrection of the Lord, is visible from the 3rd story of my suite!

Exact Sky Blue Bikini Top from Fahrenheit Swimwear is still available!

On one of my last few days in Santorini, I hopped into a private car and went to Oia! For those who haven't read my previous posts, I stayed in Imerovigli. It's possible to hike to Oia but the terrain seemed a bit too uneven and I did not bring my walking shoes! We arrived before 10AM so most of the shops were closed and there were very few tour groups. Fortunately, when we got to the 3 Domes, there was only one tour group - the wait time was approximately 15-20 minutes to capture a picture at this location.
If you're wondering how long it takes to walk through Oia, you can get through it in a few hours tops. It really depends on whether you want to just walk through the main road or you're more adventurous and prefer going off the beaten path. Most of those Instagram worthy spots require a bit of walking and waiting! When I went, I was surprised no one took pictures in front of the iconic Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants locations! I was thinking that movie may have predated their time but the people in the tour group ranged from tweens to retirees!
Of note, this definitely isn't the ideal place for anyone who has difficulty walking due to the steep steps and uneven terrain.
I highly suggest going early if you want to snap pictures with famous landmarks without standing in a horribly long line. I've heard horror stories and I was able to avoid most of it! If you're unable to arrive in Oia early, there are still so many photo spots all around! Most people didn't even blink twice to the location above so I swooped in and took advantage of the opportunity!
The one place I absolutely wanted to visit was Atlantis Books E.E. Unfortunately, it was closed while I was in Oia. There was no indication when it would reopen but it just seems like a magical place. I love bookstores so I was really looking forward to it. When I posted this on Instagram, it appears as if other tourists had the same experience, they were unable to go inside. Maybe it was closed for some time...
Every single corner is picturesque. This door was on the path down to Ammoudi Bay. On Google Maps, it's labeled as Oia Steps.
