Anyways, even though change is good, I hope to embody the old me in future looks as the one featured here. Remember Gossip Girl? Everyone I knew was mesmerized by Serena van der Woodsen's attire. I was attracted to some of her outfits but Blair Waldorfs' outfits were a hit in practically every show. Each outfit was like a piece of art that exuded a sense of ladylike sophistication and power. I know this particular outfit isn't what she would wear but I am drawing inspiration from her and giving it my own modern flare. Maybe I'll do some "Inspired by ___" posts! But remember, always add personality to your outfit and own it! Until next time!
SPRINGGGGG BREAK!! It's been a hectic few weeks thus why I wasn't able to get a post up until now! I'm so glad second years get a 2 week break at UCSD and it's well deserved after the quarter I just endured! I caught up on some much needed sleep this weekend and I plan on making the most of my spring break before heading into an intense Spring Quarter!
Does anyone know the Fuzzy Wuzzy song? It was one of my favorite childhood songs I got from PBS! I immediately thought about it when I put on this sweater. Fuzzy sweaters are incredibly warm and cozy but these things are so darn itchy! I wore a short sleeved tee shirt underneath but it was still poking through. Nevertheless, I forgot about it when I was at the mall and SeaWorld! Yes, I wore high heeled boots for a night with sea creatures! Anyways, I'll be posting more on my Instagram as well! Feel free to follow along! Until next time!

I survived my two weeks back in school and I finished my first "MULTI-OSCE" this past Friday. I'm still trying to adjust waking up at 6AM for class but my biological clock isn't there yet. The OCSE was torture but I actually enjoyed it since I was able to see how I handled situations under pressure and what areas needed improvement! I'll create a separate "What is an OSCE" post in the near future! Anyways, I participated in "Doc 4 A Day" yesterday and it was fun getting to know local high school students. I was glad to see so many females interested in pursuing science as a career! We created coconut/vanilla flavored lip balm and helped them count M&M pills! I made a bunch of videos via Instagram stories but of course, I didn't have any reception so my videos vanished! I love the embroidery trend this season so a bulk of my newly acquired items possess some sort of embroidery on it. I have yet to wear most of them since it's still a bit cold. As of now, I'm still layering with blazers and duster coats! The details on this Zara blazer are impeccable - from the embroidery to the gold buttons and red piping! I didn't know what sort of bird was on my blazer but I realized that
