I bought this blue turtleneck with the intention of layering it under jackets for Winter however, since it's still pretty warm, I decided to spin this another way. I popped this on top of my sheer button down collar shirt and added a statement belt to give this look some more personality. This sweater vest is asymmetrical with the back being longer than the front so instead of wearing pants and cutting my figure into weird proportions, I opted for shorts and block boots!
