Fitness became one of my passions after I finished undergrad. I started running daily, did P90X, and yoga. Once I started grad school, things started getting extremely busy and although I did walk a tremendous amount each day from the campus parking lot to class, I didn't have a steady routine. I occasionally did yoga but it wasn't consistent. After I graduated again in 2020, I developed and maintained my routine.
Working out also requires the right outfit for maximum efficiency. I've worn athleisure pieces from numerous brands in the past but there was always something that could be improved. I recently discovered CALIA's Inspire collection and it really does feel like you're wearing nothing at all. I'm pretty petite so when I sit down, the bottom of the crop top touches the top of the high waisted leggings making it seem as if I'm wearing a jumpsuit. The leggings have pockets on either side but I feel as if it's still on the thinner side of the spectrum. The crop top really sucks you in and it's much thicker compared to the bottom. I linked these exact pieces at the bottom of this post, if you're interested in investing in a set!
